De acuerdo con la nueva Ley argentina N\u00ba 26.032, cuyo texto se encuentra en: <a href=\"http:\/\/infoleg.mecon.gov.ar\/infolegInternet\/anexos\/105000-109999\/107145\/norma.htm\">http:\/\/infoleg.mecon.gov.ar\/<\/a> la libre distribuci\u00f3n este email est\u00e1 autorizada por tratarse de prop\u00f3sitos de informaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, si le hemos causado alguna molestia por el mismo&#8230;\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El primero, que me sorprendi\u00f3 mucho, vino de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioqu\u00edmica de la UBA, la segunda cay\u00f3 desde aCordoba.com, una gu\u00eda tur\u00edstica que ojal\u00e1 desaparezca.<\/p>\n<p>Chicos, no hay nada en ninguna legislaci\u00f3n mundial que confunda la libertad de expresi\u00f3n con el spam. No se enga\u00f1en, ni pretendan enga\u00f1ar a otros.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Spam and free speech<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abThis message is protected by free speech legislation\u00bb, said the last swarm of argentinian spam. The worst thing is a couple of them seemed to come from pretty serious organizations, like the University of Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s be clear about something: look as much as you want, you&#8217;ll never find a case, anywhere in the world, in which the legislation confuses free speech with the right to send spam.
