Desde diciembre 2005, con el Primer Concurso Intel de Videoblogs<\/a>, vengo trabajando fuerte en videoblogs y temas asociados con Intel.<\/p>\n El concurso termin\u00f3 en abril de este a\u00f1o, y en junio ya est\u00e1bamos en el siguiente paso: ahora que la prensa sabe (m\u00e1s o menos) qu\u00e9 son y para qu\u00e9 sirven los videoblogs, trabajamos con un par de periodistas conocidos para que tengan su videoblog (\u00abincub\u00e1ndolos\u00bb, para usar t\u00e9rminos de la era paleozoica de internet).<\/p>\n La idea es que descubran el medio, la flexibilidad y el potencial casi infinito de la distribuci\u00f3n de contenidos digitales.<\/p>\n Yo? Feliz. Me pagan por evangelizar sobre algo que me fascina y estoy como loco estudiando, testeando, absorbiendo.<\/p>\n Ya lanzamos el videoblog de Eddy Warman<\/a>, que tiene un programa de radio enfocado en buena vida, viajes, autos y dem\u00e1s bondades, el de Carlos Mota, un conocido periodista de negocios y finanzas<\/a>, y uno corporativo para Intel: Intel.DualCore.TV<\/a>, donde vamos a publicar todo lo referente a los procesadores Core 2 Duo y la alta velocidad.<\/p>\n Viene en cort\u00edsimo plazo uno de una revista de m\u00fasica y su entorno (nos pasamos el s\u00e1bado grabando un concierto y entrevistando bandas), y varias sorpresas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n Armamos un estudio insonorizado con green screen<\/em> para hacer volar a los conductores, tenemos un equipo de edici\u00f3n que no come, no duerme y hace magia<\/strong> (esto se lo rob\u00e9 a ServerWizards<\/a>) y muuuuchas ganas de seguir impulsando esto.<\/p>\n Cansarse as\u00ed s\u00ed vale la pena.<\/p>\n (\u00abhicimos\u00bb, \u00ablanzamos\u00bb, \u00abarmamos\u00bb. \u00abNosotros\u00bb somos AREA6<\/a>, una agencia de comunicaci\u00f3n fundada entre amigos en octubre 2005)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quick update of my whereabouts<\/strong><\/p>\n Since december 2005, when we launched the First Intel Videoblogging Contest<\/a>, I’ve been working on videoblogs and related issues with Intel.<\/p>\n In april the contest ended and we kept working in the next step: now that MSM kinda knows what a videoblog is, we’ve been working with known journalists to produce their vlog (\u00abincubating\u00bb them, to bring back memories of the net’s paleozoic era).<\/p>\n What do we want? Ideally they’ll discover the new medium and its potential, spearheading adoption among colleagues and increasing consumption of digital media. Then Intel will be happy, because with lots of digital content to choose from, you’ll want a better computer to enjoy it.<\/p>\n Me? I’m happy. They’re paying me to evangelize about something that I’m totally passionate about. I’ve spent most of the year watching, studying, experimenting on this.<\/p>\n We already launched EddyWarman.com<\/a>, for a radio host who reports on the high maintenance lifestyle, travels, cars, food, etc. We also published MotaCarlos.com<\/a>, the site of a well-known business and finance journalist. A corporate one for Intel: Intel.DualCore.TV<\/a>, where we report (sparsely) everything around Core 2 Duo and everything high speed.<\/p>\n A vlog for a mag focused on music is \u00abin the oven\u00bb, and there’s more coming in the next days.<\/p>\n We built an isolated studio to record interviews, with green screen to make our hosts fly a little. Our edition team doesn’t eat, doesn’t sleep and makes magic<\/strong> (this one is from ServerWizards<\/a>), and we have lots of energy to spend on this project we’re in love with.<\/p>\n With all this on my hands, insomnia is a joy, believe me.<\/p>\n
